Being part of our Network Infrastructure Team, you will get a chance to work on enterprise‑class networks with some of the brightest minds in the industry. We are looking for exceptional talent to help us take our infrastructure to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, configure and support our global enterprise network infrastructure, collaborating across multiple teams to optimize application performance and user experience.
  • Support and troubleshoot a hybrid wireless and wired enterprise network environment serving thousands of users globally.
  • Manage and optimize network application delivery platforms including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, and HAProxy load balancers.
  • Optimize performance for both internal enterprise applications and internet‑facing services, ensuring exceptional end‑user experience across all platforms.
  • Utilize advanced packet capture analysis (Wireshark) and automated, data‑driven approaches to diagnose and resolve complex network issues including latency, packet loss, and application performance degradation.
  • Implement and maintain Quality of Service (QoS) policies to ensure optimal performance for critical business applications.
  • Own and project manage global network initiatives from requirements gathering, design review, implementation, deployment and documentation.
  • Monitor and optimize network application performance across the enterprise.
  • Other duties as assigned or needed.

Skills You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting large‑scale global enterprise network environments.
  • Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting of IP networking, TCP/IP.
  • Advanced knowledge of Switching, Routing (BGP, OSPF) and Multicast (IGMP, PIM).
  • Strong experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure.
  • Strong Linux, MacOS, Windows network troubleshooting experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with HAProxy or similar load balancing technologies.
  • Expert‑level packet capture analysis skills using Wireshark or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of network application performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Experience implementing and managing QoS policies in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with one or more of the following hardware platforms (Cisco, Arista, Juniper).
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python/Powershell preferred) and expertise with GIT.
  • Experience working with automation tools (i.e., Ansible, Terraform).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability operating in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach to complex problem solving, with a positive can‑do attitude.
  • Reliable and predictable availability.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of enterprise networking experience.
  • At least 2+ years of experience with Citrix environments.
  • At least 1+ year of scripting experience.
  • CCNP certification or equivalent experience (CCIE preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field).
  • Previous experience demonstrating strategic thinking skills and maturity in tackling complex problems, dealing with people, technology and processes.
