We’re a fast-growing, energetic business building partnerships across hospitality, concierge, corporate, events, and media.
We’re now looking for someone organised, switched-on, and ambitious to become the backbone of our sales team.
The Role
This is not your standard admin job. We need someone sharp, proactive, and naturally organised who loves being in the middle of the action. You’ll keep the sales team running smoothly, manage moving parts, coordinate meetings and networking opportunities, organise kiosks and activations, and make sure everything stays on track behind the scenes.
You’ll be working closely with sales, agencies, clients, hospitality teams, concierge desks, and internal departments turning voice notes, WhatsApps, and fast-moving conversations into organised actions and completed tasks.
If you’re someone who thrives in busy environments, enjoys problem solving, takes initiative naturally, and wants to grow with a young, ambitious company this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Being the day-to-day support anchor for the sales team
- Managing voice notes, updates, schedules, and sales follow-ups
- Organising meetings with agencies, clients, hospitality groups, and partners
- Coordinating networking events, appointments, and activations
- Managing kiosk logistics and operational setup
- Keeping CRM systems updated and organised
- Handling onboarding paperwork, quotes, and sales admin
- Supporting reporting, sales tracking, and pipeline organisation
- Liaising with finance, operations, and wider teams to keep things moving
- Problem solving quickly when plans change
- Preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials
- Keeping the team organised, efficient, and ready to sell
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales support, team assistant, coordinator, or admin roles
- Someone highly organised with serious attention to detail
- A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with lots happening at once
- Great communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and partners
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience using CRM systems
- Positive energy, proactive mindset, and willingness to get stuck in
- Someone ambitious who wants to grow with the business
Why Join jump?
- Up to £40,000 salary depending on experience
- Work with a young, ambitious, and growing team
- Huge opportunity to develop and grow within the business
- High-energy, entrepreneurial culture
- Real ownership and responsibility from day one
