Jump Lane Recruitment are working with one of the world's leading Express Parcel and Freight Forwarding companies, currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their fantastic team focusing on the Pharmaceutical industry in Colnbrook. This is a great opportunity for someone, as the company works closely with all their staff to bring out the best in them and improve performance!

MUST HAVE PHARMACEUTICAL EXPERIENCE
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services and products.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales / key account management.
- Bachelor's degree (Essential).
- Post Graduate degree in business administration (Desirable).
- Fluent in English verbal/written communication.
- Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding background in the transport of pharmaceuticals and life sciences.
- Be a business development professional with a track record of working in multi-faceted courier/logistics organisations.
- Experience of writing successful significant sized bids or tenders is desirable.
- Have excellent project planning skills and be competent in financial modelling to support bid activity.
- Extensive experience and proven track record in a similar field required.
