Package * Basic Salary £18,000 - £22,000 per year * Pension * 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays & Birthday Duties * Creating Job briefs and posting across multiple job boards * Selling the company to prospective clients whilst building relationships. * Always provide an excellent service to both our clients and candidates. * Visit clients * Interview candidates Person * Ideally looking for someone with previous Recruitment experience in the Health & Social Care sectors. o Elderly, Adult & Children's Residential Care o Temporary & Permanent o Entry Level to Senior Positions * Confident, ambitious, positive and resilient. * Strong communication and relationship building skills.
