Recruitment Consultant - Freight Forwarding & Logistics The Package: * Basic Salary £18,000 - £22,000 per year * Pension * 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays & Birthday Duties: * 360 Freight & Logistics Recruitment desk, with an openness to pass over warm leads and live roles. * Posting and writing job adverts. * Selling the company to prospective clients while building relationships. * Always providing an excellent service to both clients and candidates. * Visiting clients. * Interviewing candidates. The Person: * Ideally someone with previous recruitment experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, and/or Supply Chain sectors. * Confident, ambitious, positive, and resilient. * Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
