Great new permanent opportunity for a Tech Support Specialist to join our client. Based in SE England, the role is home-based, but some visits are needed to the office. Salary to £45K + Excellent Benefits (Bonus, holidays, pension, medical, etc.) This is a new business-critical role for someone to be the point of contact for clients' 3rd line support issues. Working closely with the development and DevOps team to ensure problem resolution of technical, complex issues. You must be very comfortable taking ownership of problems and seeing them through to complete resolution.
Tech skills must include:
- Scripting
- SQL
- API understanding
- Experience working with an ITSM tool
