Requirements
- Experience in 3rd line technical support
- Strong customer support and service delivery mindset
- Comfortable taking ownership of problems through to full resolution
- Skills in scripting
- SQL knowledge
- Understanding of APIs
- Experience working with an ITSM tool
- Problem‑solving and incident management experience
- Cloud/DevOps experience is a bonus
- Financial software experience is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for clients 3rd line support issues
- Work closely with our development and DevOps teams to resolve technical and complex issues
- Take ownership of problems and drive them through to complete resolution
- Support incident management and service delivery activities
- Provide customer‑focused technical support
