Requirements

  • Experience in 3rd line technical support
  • Strong customer support and service delivery mindset
  • Comfortable taking ownership of problems through to full resolution
  • Skills in scripting
  • SQL knowledge
  • Understanding of APIs
  • Experience working with an ITSM tool
  • Problem‑solving and incident management experience
  • Cloud/DevOps experience is a bonus
  • Financial software experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for clients 3rd line support issues
  • Work closely with our development and DevOps teams to resolve technical and complex issues
  • Take ownership of problems and drive them through to complete resolution
  • Support incident management and service delivery activities
  • Provide customer‑focused technical support
