The ideal candidate profile will have: A background in the financial sector (banking, trading, financial software) Be an experienced Senior / Lead Business Analyst who has moved into a Product Owner / Product Manager role BCS in Business Analysis / PSPO certification Excellent customer-facing skills (as you will liaise with clients and internal teams to deliver projects) Ability to take control and to manage product projects through to delivery Good understanding of UX, User Story writing experience Be flexible and adaptable with duties The role is broad, as you will be joining a small team that delivers quality-focused products.
