This is a brand new role - 2-3 days a week. Our client is looking to recruit a Dev Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of a C++ based tech stack alongside AWS and Claude coding, but will also be a good manager of teams.
The current dev team is offshore, and we need to find someone comfortable with managing an offshore team, managing daily sprints, prioritising workloads and leveraging AI. It is not a hands-on developer role, but it needs someone able to provide technical guidance and direction.
The role does require candidates who are able to attend a Kent-based office regularly, too, for management meet-ups / meetings.
