Job Description
2nd line, 3rd line, Azure, Cloud, Azure VM, Intune, Windows, Microsoft
We are looking for a full-time permanent candidate to join our client based in East Kent.
Predominantly office-based based you do need to live in the Folkestone, Dover, Canterbury, Margate, Medway, Ashford areas to practically get to the offices with ease.
Supporting circa 200 users across several UK sites, you will join a small team based in the East Kent HQ.
Experience of 2nd/3rd line support needed as problems will be escalated to you.
Skills in Microsoft and Cloud Azure are also essential.
Any certification in Azure to back up your skills would be useful, but good knowledge around Azure VM's, Intune and Windows is essential.
Aside from support, you would be involved in various IT project work!
Excellent interpersonal skills expected, you must be able to work in a collaborative and supportive way, willing to impart your knowledge to other team members.
