Our client has created a brand new permanent role within its SaaS business for an Operations Director. Leading a team of 4 direct reports and 30 staff in total, the ideal person will have experience across:
- Customer Success and delivery
- Business Transformation
- Change Management
- The end-to-end customer journey
- AI usage across customer support
- Data Security
- Operations Delivery
This new role is part of an 18 to 36-month business transformation to improve the customer journey on the use of its product. It is not a multinational, and needs someone quite empathetic to an established team.
What will the successful candidate look like?
- Experienced in Operations Management, ideally in a software, SaaS environment
- Good people-centric skills
- Strong customer success and relationship management skills
- Able to bring people to a business/change/transformation
- Success in doing the above
- Positivity and motivation
The role is permanent only. The client likes longevity in job roles. This is for an established, successful business operation with a long-standing team as part of their new business strategy to grow. Change and business transformation will take time. Business size is £5 to £10 million turnover, and solely UK based.
