Now, we’re looking for Associate Directors to join the Dynamics team at jump! - delivering bold thinking, powerful insight and strategic direction for clients like Paddy Power, Sky Bet, Jameson, Heineken, adidas and Red Bull Racing. This role will have a majority focus on our key Sports Betting and Gaming clients, so a passion for sport, especially football, is a plus. You must also be excited to work in the Betting and Gaming industry. Prior experience working in Sports Entertainment or Betting and Gaming is advantageous but not essential.

This role is perfect for someone who’s:

  • Fluent in qual research and brand strategy (6+ years’ experience)
  • Experience in designing and executing high impact qual research projects across methodologies (i.e. focus groups, ethnographies, online etc)
  • Commercially smart and creatively ambitious
  • Deeply curious about people, behaviours and the forces shaping culture
  • A confident collaborator - experienced with guiding projects and client conversations
  • A compelling communicator - able to make ideas land with impact
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments and excited by challenge

You might come from a background in cultural strategy, qualitative research, brand planning, semiotics or trends - but you’ll have a track record of making insight useful, strategic and inspiring.

As an Associate Director in Dynamics, you’ll lead projects, shape thinking, and grow client relationships - helping some of the world’s most ambitious brands navigate change and unlock growth. You’ll explore how consumer behaviour and culture interact - and how those shifts reshape the space in which brands can act.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading projects across qualitative research, trends, cultural insight and consumer strategy
  • Turning human stories and cultural signals into powerful commercial direction
  • Framing and writing strategic narratives that move clients to action
  • Designing and delivering standout research journeys - from digital ethnography to expert interviews and immersive experiences
  • Facilitating strategic workshops that inspire creativity and alignment
  • Building trusted relationships with senior clients and collaborators
  • Contributing to new business proposals and pitch-winning thinking
  • Coaching junior team members and contributing to the evolution of the Dynamics offer.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in insight, strategy or planning roles (typically 6+ years)
  • Comfort across methodologies - from qual research to cultural analysis
  • A strong instinct for what drives people and shapes culture
  • Confidence managing big projects and client relationships
  • The ability to think conceptually and deliver practically
  • Excellent storytelling - visual, verbal and written
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to grow others as well as yourself

We’re a team of strategic thinkers and creative problem-solvers. We move fast, think big, and care deeply about the impact of our work.

We offer:

  • Real development: coaching, personal training budgets, and 6-week Jump! starter onboarding
  • Global impact: strategy work across 25+ markets
  • Collaborative culture: elite performance and genuine care
  • Diverse client work: from sports and gaming to food to drinks, tech to tourism
  • Values-led environment: clarity, courage, originality, and breakthrough

The package:

  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Hybrid working - London office presence expected
  • Budget for ongoing professional and personal development
  • Coaching, peer support and access to senior leadership

If you like what you hear so far and if you meet the qualifications for the role, we would love to hear from you. An on-point intro letter and resumé would be great to kick off. We’ll acknowledge receipt and let you know any next steps.
