The Privacy Program Manager serves as the operational engine of Jumio’s global privacy program. This role is responsible for translating privacy and AI governance requirements into actionable project plans, processes, and measurable outcomes. This is not a legal advisory role; it is an operational program management position focused on delivery.

This role strengthens Jumio’s trust, compliance readiness, and responsible use of data and AI technologies. By creating structure, driving cross-functional coordination, and implementing scalable governance processes, the Privacy Program Manager ensures Jumio meets evolving regulatory requirements while maintaining operational excellence.

  • Manage the privacy program’s project portfolio, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Use Jira and Confluence to document processes, maintain project tracking, and create dashboards that provide program visibility to leadership.
  • Oversee Jumio’s end-to-end Data Subject Request (DSR) process by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain privacy policies and procedures and ensure the organization is aware of and aligned with required practices.
  • Project manage AI governance operational requirements, including compliance needs related to the EU AI Act.
  • Coordinate operational activities of the AI Governance Committee such as scheduling, agenda creation, meeting documentation, and tracking action items.
  • Drive the implementation of technical and procedural controls required by privacy and AI-related regulations.
  • Assist in developing and deploying privacy training and responsible AI training across the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed privacy and responsible AI principles into workflows and product development.

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in privacy program management, privacy operations, or similar roles.

Comfort working with technical teams and discussing concepts such as data flows, APIs, or machine learning models.

Experience in high-risk data environments such as biometrics, fintech, or healthtech.
