About the Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Talent Executive to join us at Jumeirah Carlton Tower.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Resourcing Candidates β Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Headhunting New Candidates β Proactively source passive candidates using advanced search techniques and industry networking. Build relationships with potential candidates to ensure engagement and interest in opportunities.
- Offering Candidates β Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract preparation. Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience during the offer stage.
- Onboarding Candidates β Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Prepare documentation, schedule induction programs, and liaise with internal teams for a seamless start.
- Compliance Checks for Candidates β Conduct background checks, verify references, and ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Maintain accurate and audit ready candidate records in line with company and statutory compliance standards.
- Maintain regular communication with department heads, update colleague information sites, and coordinate monthly departmental meetings.
