About the Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join us at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Lead daily operations within assigned area (Front Office, Guest Relations, Butler, Lounge, Concierge, Housekeeping, Floral, Laundry).
- Conduct pre-shift briefings, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to maintain service excellence.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by handling escalated issues promptly, personalizing service for VIPs, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Monitor compliance with standards, including LQA, HACCP, health & safety, grooming, and brand protocols.
- Train and coach team members, delivering on-the-job guidance and supporting skill development for service excellence.
- Manage resources effectively, overseeing inventory, requisitions, and equipment care to minimize wastage and maintain readiness.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- High School Diploma required; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- 2–4 years’ experience within Rooms Division or related hospitality functions.
- Strong operational understanding of guest service delivery, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
