An opportunity has arisen for a Security Leader to join us at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are outlined below.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals, and lead by example with compassion, honesty, and integrity.
- Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across various departments.
- Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.
- Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.
