An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Security Officer to join our dedicated Security team at Jumeirah Lowndes, a boutique hotel located in Belgravia, London. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and protection of our property, colleagues, and guests, while delivering professional and courteous service at all times. You will be part of a team, reporting to the Team Leader and collaborating closely with fellow officers and stakeholders across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot patrols to maintain a visible security presence.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any unusual or suspicious activities.
- Control access to designated areas, ensuring compliance with identification and verification protocols.
- Assist in key distribution and maintain accountability for key management.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, following company procedures and liaising with emergency services when required.
- Provide support in fire, life, and safety matters, escalating concerns to the appropriate team leaders.

- Maintain accurate records and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
About You
We’re looking for a dependable and observant individual with a proactive approach to security and service. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a security or service-oriented role.
- Higher secondary education as a minimum qualification.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Intermediate level).
- Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
- A professional and courteous demeanor with a team-first mindset.
