Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Transport clean and soiled linens between laundry facilities and housekeeping areas, ensuring timely delivery and removal.
- Restock housekeeping carts and storage areas with necessary supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and guest amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items such as extra towels, pillows, or toiletries to guest rooms.
- Maintain and clean housekeeping equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
