About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Human Resources Director (UK, Spain, Italy) to join Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Lead the HR function for the London-based properties, assuming full responsibility for strategic HR planning, operational excellence, and talent initiatives in line with business priorities.
- Drive the Employer Value Proposition, supporting talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives.
- Provide oversight, guidance, and support to HR leaders in Spain and Italy, ensuring consistency in people strategy execution and alignment with regional and corporate objectives.
- Develop and execute the regional HR strategy across the UK, Spain, and Italy, driving alignment with corporate goals while tailoring approaches to reflect local market dynamics and legal requirements.
- Foster a high-performing HR community by mentoring and developing the HR teams, promoting the sharing of knowledge, skill development, and adoption of best practices across all properties.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a multinational organization, with a focus on European markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of European employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong strategic and operational HR expertise, with experience leading regional HR initiatives and exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Additional European languages are an advantage, French, Italian, or Spanish.
