About The Role
The Peak Fitness Club and Spa at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah will offer hotel guests and club members world-class treatments, wellness and fitness classes with views over Londonโs skyline.
As a Peak Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for Club Members and hotel Guests. You should provide a friendly welcome and the highest level of efficient service to meet membersโ needs. This role works at the Peak and Pool reception and oversees safety of members as required. Your duties will include:
- Courteously welcome all members to the Club on each visit.
- Ensure that all members sign in correctly, providing all necessary details to verify club membership.
- Ensure attendance data of residents is accurately recorded in the members file.
- Be a primary source of information about the Club and the Hotel to all members.
- Schedule appointments for services offered by the Club, handling in-person and telephone bookings, explaining the cancellation policy, and obtaining credit card and contact details to guarantee bookings.
- Maintain the changing rooms with guest supplies (soap, shampoo, water, cups, toilet paper, towels, etc.).
About You
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position within a luxury 5-star environment
- Passion for the work with a proven track record in luxury environments
- Ability to operate in a diverse, luxury environment with a focus on guest experience
- Self-motivated and ready to challenge for continuous improvement
- Excellent level of English
