About you • Previous pastry kitchen experience within a professional culinary environment. • A commitment to maintaining high standards of personal appearance and hygiene. • The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues. • A strong focus on quality, consistency and presentation. • The ability to follow recipes, menu guidelines and instructions. Shift Patterns Full flexibility is required from all employees, and our culinary team work a minimum of 48 hours per week.
