About the Job

As part of our continued commitment to operational excellence and leadership succession across our portfolio, we are curating a talent pool of high‑potential and experienced hospitality leaders for a Marketing Manager – F&B opportunity to join Jumeirah in Dubai, supporting both current and future needs. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Lead and bring to life distinctive F&B marketing strategies across signature outlets, elevating visibility, guest engagement, and commercial performance in line with Jumeirah’s brand positioning.
  • Create and deliver inspiring multi‑channel marketing campaigns, transforming each venue into a sought‑after dining destination and capturing the essence of each concept.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and F&B leadership, shaping campaigns that are both creatively compelling and commercially impactful.
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with agencies, media, and creative partners, driving standout execution and maximizing the impact of every initiative.
  • Champion the integrity of the Jumeirah brand, ensuring all F&B marketing reflects the highest standards of creativity, consistency, and visual excellence.
  • Continuously refine and elevate marketing performance by analysing results, unlocking insights, and identifying new opportunities to enhance guest reach and business success.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of experience in luxury or hospitality marketing, with a strong focus on F&B concepts, dining destinations, and experience‑led campaigns.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute impactful, multi‑channel marketing strategies, bringing F&B venues to market and driving guest engagement and commercial performance.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to translate creative ideas into measurable results, optimising campaigns to enhance revenue, brand visibility, and return on investment.
  • A highly collaborative and proactive professional, confident in partnering with operational teams, senior stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver integrated and high‑quality initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of brand positioning and storytelling, with the ability to create compelling narratives that elevate F&B concepts and reinforce a luxury guest experience.
