About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/ess to join Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide information about seating arrangements.
- Explain menu items, including preparation methods and ingredients. Address any inquiries about allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Inform guests about daily specials and promotions not listed on the menu, ensuring they are aware of all available options.
- Verify guests' identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol service, adhering to local laws.
