About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager of Social Digital to join Jumeirah.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of social and digital activity across Signature restaurant concepts, ensuring each outlet is visible, relevant and engaging across priority platforms.
  • Develop and manage F&B‑led content calendars that support launches, activations, seasonal moments and key trading periods for each restaurant.
  • Guide content delivery across social channels, ensuring posts, captions, community responses and platform formats reflect Jumeirah’s tone and each concept’s identity.
  • Grow engaged online communities by turning restaurant moments, campaigns and guest experiences into timely, platform‑specific content.
  • Work with Marketing, PR and Creative teams to ensure social activity amplifies campaign priorities without duplicating broader marketing or PR ownership.
  • Analyse social performance, trends and competitor activity, using insight to improve engagement, reach and contribution to restaurant visibility and demand.

Qualifications

  • 6–8 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing or content performance, ideally within luxury hospitality, restaurants or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Experience managing multiple social platforms and content calendars across several concepts, outlets or brands.
  • Strong understanding of social formats, community management, content optimisation, platform trends and performance reporting.
  • Experience translating campaigns, PR moments and on-site activations into channel‑appropriate social content.
  • Creative and commercially aware, with the ability to connect digital engagement to restaurant visibility, guest interest and demand.
