About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager PR to join Jumeirah.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of communications and PR activity for the property’s restaurants, ensuring each dining experience is presented with clarity, relevance and Jumeirah’s refined tone of voice.
  • Shape compelling restaurant stories for media, partners and internal audiences, turning culinary moments, activations and concepts into narratives that invite interest and credibility.
  • Manage day-to-day internal and external communications, ensuring messaging is accurate, polished and aligned with brand standards and commercial priorities.
  • Coordinate media engagement, PR opportunities, press materials and partner communications that strengthen visibility within the luxury dining and lifestyle landscape.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Social, F&B and Operations teams so communications activity supports restaurant awareness without duplicating campaign or social media ownership.
  • Maintain strong relationships with agencies, media and internal stakeholders, ensuring PR delivery is timely, brand-aligned and supportive of guest perception and F&B performance.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 6–8 years’ experience in Communications, PR, Marketing Communications or media relations, ideally within luxury hospitality, restaurants or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience delivering communications activity for restaurants, hotels, lifestyle destinations or guest-facing experiences.
  • Strong writing, editing and messaging skills, with the ability to translate restaurant stories and operational moments into refined communications.
  • Experience working with media, PR agencies, internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Commercially aware and guest-focused, with an understanding of how PR and communications support restaurant reputation, awareness and business performance.
