An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Client Development to join Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Drive the growth of a loyal guest community across Signature restaurants by building meaningful relationships that encourage repeat visits and long-term engagement.
  • Create memorable guest moments by understanding preferences and translating them into personalised dining experiences that enhance both satisfaction and spend.
  • Identify and engage high-value guests and targeted segments, contributing to a consistent flow of repeat business across multiple restaurant concepts.
  • Partner closely with Restaurant Managers and on-site teams to ensure guests are recognised, welcomed and consistently experience a high level of personalised service.
  • Support the delivery of guest-focused activations and initiatives that strengthen connections, increase visit frequency and elevate the overall dining experience.
  • Work across Marketing, PR and Social teams to ensure guest engagement activities are aligned, impactful and translate into sustained demand and restaurant performance.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 6-8 years’ experience in guest relations, client development or hospitality roles, ideally within luxury hotels, restaurants or premium lifestyle environments.
  • Natural relationship builder with the ability to create strong, lasting guest connections that drive repeat visits and loyalty.
  • Experience delivering or supporting guest engagement initiatives that enhance experience, increase frequency and drive value.
  • Strong understanding of guest behaviour within restaurant or hospitality settings, with a keen eye for detail and service excellence.
  • Commercially aware and guest-focused, with the ability to connect relationships and engagement to covers, spend and overall restaurant performance.
