About the Job: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager of Marketing F&B to join Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Bring Jumeirah’s F&B offering to life by supporting the delivery of integrated marketing and communication initiatives, ensuring each restaurant and dining concept is positioned to attract and inspire guests while contributing to demand, visibility and commercial performance.
- Create and deliver engaging, high‑quality content across digital platforms and social channels, enhancing brand presence and driving guest interest in the hotel’s dining experiences.
- Support the execution of multi‑channel campaigns, activations and partnerships, contributing to initiatives that strengthen awareness and generate demand across F&B outlets.
- Support the execution of PR activity, media engagement and events, working closely with the Manager PR to ensure consistent, high‑quality storytelling that enhances the visibility and positioning of the hotel’s dining experiences.
- Monitor and optimise digital performance, contributing to campaigns that increase engagement, footfall and overall outlet visibility.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all marketing initiatives are seamlessly executed, brand‑aligned and supportive of guest attraction and revenue performance.
About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 4‑6 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within luxury hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle brands or premium consumer environments.
- Experience supporting integrated campaigns, activations, partnerships or outlet marketing initiatives.
- Strong coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines and campaign requirements.
- Understanding of luxury brand standards, guest expectations and the role of marketing in driving restaurant visibility.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to connect marketing activity to guest engagement, demand and overall F&B performance.
