Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations within assigned area (Front Office, Guest Relations, Butler, Lounge, Concierge, Housekeeping, Floral, Laundry).
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to maintain service excellence.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by handling escalated issues promptly, personalising service for VIPs, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Monitor compliance with standards, including LQA, HACCP, health & safety, grooming, and brand protocols.
  • Train and coach team members, delivering on-the-job guidance and supporting skill development for service excellence.
  • Manage resources effectively, overseeing inventory, requisitions, and equipment care to minimise wastage and maintain readiness.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • High School Diploma required; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • 2-4 years' experience within Rooms Division or related hospitality functions.
  • Strong operational understanding of guest service delivery, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
