About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Front of House Team Leader to join us Jumeirah Lowndes Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Overseeing the team\’s daily operations, motivating and guiding them to achieve organizational goals.
  • Creating and enforcing timelines to meet targets and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrating compassion, honesty, and integrity in all actions to set a positive example for the team.
  • Ensuring all personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.
  • Briefing staff on duties before shifts and compile duty rosters, making changes as necessary.
  • Preparing reports and maintain appropriate filing systems for accurate record-keeping.
