About the Job
- Own the class timetable: build, optimise and publish weekly schedules across all studios.
- Manage instructor rota, covers and last‑minute substitutions to ensure zero class cancellations.
- Liaise with instructors on programming, standards and punctuality; onboard and brief new hires.
- Monitor attendance, waitlists and no‑shows; adjust capacity and formats to meet demand.
- Collect and act on member feedback; resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain premium studio readiness: signage, ambience, cleanliness and equipment set‑up/pack‑down.
About You
- Recognised qualification in Fitness and Wellbeing.
- First Aid Training.
- Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate | Advanced).
- Leadership and team management skills.
