Responsibilities:

  • Collect the section key against signature and room report from the housekeeping office and return them at the end of the shift.
  • Clean exit staircases and pantries on the floor level assigned to.
  • Clean and store all the equipment in its proper place.
  • Clean assigned area or outlets thoroughly.
  • Pay particular attention to busy areas such as guest lifts inside and outside, toilets, entrance doors, lobby carpets, ashtrays, restaurants, function rooms.
  • Inspect all facilities, furniture and fixtures and report any damage to the Team Leader for action and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams (Housekeeping, Front Office) and interact confidently with guests and visitors.
  • Entry‑level experience (0–1 year) within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills suitable for a guest‑facing environment.
