- Thorough cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas—including walls, doors, fixtures, furniture, skirting, and covering—to the required standard, including during refurbishment programs.
- Be aware of the work schedule and notify the supervisor or duty manager if work cannot be carried out.
- Report any complaints, accidents, equipment malfunction, maintenance faults, suspicious persons, safety hazards, or other incidents immediately to the supervisor or duty manager.
- Be flexible and extend job duties as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments or areas if required to meet business demands and guest service needs.
- Attend training and meetings as required.
- Assist in maximising productivity for the Department.

- Experience as a Housekeeping Porter is desirable.
