About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Engineering Coordinatorto join us at Jumeirah Carlton Tower.

  • Coordinate and manage maintenance requests through the HotSOS system.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and support procurement activities.
  • Maintain engineering records, compliance certificates, and Health & Safety documentation.
  • Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and engineering projects.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Engineering team while delivering excellent guest and colleague service.#

About you

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Stakeholder Management: Works effectively with internal teams (Colleagues, Management, HR) and external stakeholders including
  • Qualifications: NVQ or City & Guilds in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline, plus IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety certification.
  • Technical Expertise: Competent in HVAC systems, BMS, FLS, and intermediate-level Microsoft Office applications.
  • Leadership & Delivery: Demonstrates strong leadership, team management, and project management capabilities.
  • Problem Solving & Attention to Detail: Creative, solutions-focused, and highly detail-oriented in approach. Guests, Visitors, Contractors, Suppliers, and Vendors.
