About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager of Creative & Content to join Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Support the delivery of creative and content materials that bring Signature restaurants to life across guest-facing, digital and internal touchpoints.
  • Coordinate visual assets, presentations and content toolkits for restaurant launches, activations and ongoing F&B marketing initiatives.
  • Apply Jumeirah brand guidelines across F&B materials, ensuring visual consistency, quality and attention to detail across each restaurant concept.
  • Work with Marketing, PR, Social and Operations teams to translate restaurant stories and campaign needs into clear creative requirements.
  • Coordinate with agencies, designers and production partners to support timely delivery of content and creative assets across channels.
  • Assist with quality checks, asset organisation and creative implementation, ensuring materials are polished, relevant and aligned with Jumeirah standards.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 4–6 years’ experience in creative, content, design coordination or marketing production, ideally within luxury hospitality, restaurants or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience supporting visual content, presentations, campaign assets or brand materials across multiple channels.
  • Strong eye for design, storytelling and detail, with an understanding of luxury brand application.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, designers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised and collaborative, with the ability to coordinate creative delivery that supports restaurant visibility and guest appeal.
