About The Job

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Assist the Manager/Assistant Manager in executing marketing strategies and initiatives, managing day-to-day marketing operations.
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring all marketing and communications efforts align with the brand strategy and support in developing hotel-level brand assets and maintaining an artwork archive.
  • Create and manage engaging content across multiple platforms, adhering to visual style guidelines, and provide support for photo and video shoots while maintaining the hotel’s image library.
  • Assist in developing and executing an annual PR plan, manage hotel-level PR activities and events, respond to media queries, update media kits, and create monthly PR reports.
  • Develop and execute an annual social media plan, support social media shoots, maintain social media channels, and create and distribute monthly social media reports.
  • Support in activating strategic luxury partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand positioning.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • 2-4 years' experience in a marketing role within a luxury hospitality brand, luxury travel company, or recognised premium consumer brand.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, including Sales, Revenue, Operations, Finance, HR, and Corporate Marketing teams.
  • Experience managing external partners and agencies, including creative, digital, media, social media, PR, and advertising agencies to deliver successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, partnerships, and brand activations simultaneously.
