About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Membership Manager to join the Spa and Gym team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Drive membership sales by converting enquiries into memberships through personalised consultations, club tours and tailored wellness recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, delivering a personalised luxury experience while implementing effective retention and engagement strategies.
- Manage membership administration, including contracts, renewals, billing enquiries, CRM records, reporting, and ensuring all member information is accurate and up to date.
- Support the day-to-day operation of The Peak by overseeing the club in the absence of Duty Managers, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency and adherence to health and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with Spa, Fitness and Hotel teams to promote memberships, coordinate member events and contribute to achieving departmental revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
- Monitor membership performance, prepare sales and operational reports, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support the Spa, Fitness & Wellness Director with administrative and commercial projects.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Previous experience in membership sales, luxury hospitality, health clubs or premium fitness environments.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and member engagement.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with experience managing CRM systems, reporting and operational processes.
- Confident leading daily operations and making sound decisions in the absence of Duty Managers, ensuring a seamless guest and member experience.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality, wellness and team collaboration.
