About the Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Team Leader to join us at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Overseeing the team's daily operations, motivating and guiding them to achieve organizational goals.
- Creating and enforcing timelines to meet targets and delegate tasks effectively.
- Demonstrating compassion, honesty, and integrity in all actions to set a positive example for the team.
- Ensuring all personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.
- Briefing staff on duties before shifts and compile duty rosters, making changes as necessary.
- Preparing reports and maintain appropriate filing systems for accurate record-keeping.
