About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join us at Jumeirah Carlton Tower (maternity cover). The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Facilitate effective communication within Human Resources and with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform all necessary administrative tasks to maintain the smooth daily operation of the department.
  • Maintain and update the management calendars daily, scheduling meetings and appointments as required.
  • Act as a Personal Assistant to the Director & Associate Director, assisting with various administrative and operational tasks.
  • Deal with and prepare supplier contracts for department related services or events, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information related to the department and serve as the point of contact for internal quality reviews.
  • Manage the department\’s time and attendance system, including monitoring lieu days and ensuring accurate records.
  • Communicate with the Finance department regarding cheque payments and raise purchase requests for the department needs.
  • Liaise with Logistics, Finance, F&B, and other departments as needed, ensuring proper documentation and support.
  • Prepare and implement induction plans for newly arrived management colleagues in the department.
