About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Day Concierge to join our Concierge Team at The Lowndes. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, requirements, and complaints.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services to assist guests effectively.
  • Promote and book in-house restaurants, spa treatments, and hotel facilities.
  • Arrange transportation, restaurant bookings, and other guest services.
  • Reconfirm flight details and leave messages for guests as needed.
  • Review and stay updated on daily arrival, VIP, and departure lists.

About You

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work flexible night shifts and handle moderate physical activity.
  • Excellent grooming and professional presentation.
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or concierge role is preferred.
