As a Data Entry Administrator/Operator, you will work as part of a large team to ensure the efficient operation of the weekly lotteries. Responsibilities include running the processing company's mail, entering data into a system, and maintaining correct and up-to-date customer records. The role involves data entry and verification for new members, renewals, and payments, as well as managing debit/credit card transactions and reconciliation.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Mail opening: We process large quantities of physical mail from our supporters and ensure that every postal entry is opened, allocated, batched and processed.
- Data entry: This mail requires data entry into our internal system, so after processing the email, you will be required to add the information into the system.
- Working with our AI scanner: we have recently implemented an AI OCR scanner, which helps us to enter a large amount of data; however, there are some manual processes that would require your help, such as checking the data.
