We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our International team based in Cheadle Cheshire. To achieve this, your tasks will be the following:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive international acquisition strategy to enter new markets and grow existing ones with new brands and IP.
- Drive new customer acquisition through direct sales efforts and by supporting partners in their sales initiatives.
- Work closely with our agents to take advantage of their local knowledge and presence.
Knowledge and characteristics required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development, sales, or account management role, with a strong focus on international markets.
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented focus.
- Ability to prioritise a broad operational agenda.
- Pitching skills; we sell by telling stories.
- Travel internationally for fairs or customer visits.
