We are currently seeking a highly motivated Group Digital Merchandiser to join our dynamic team and make dreams come true!

As the Digital Merchandiser, you will optimise online product assortments and presentation to enhance e‑commerce performance. You will support the Merchandising & CRO Lead in curating effective digital content, analysing customer data to improve conversion rates, and collaborate on promotional strategies across Marketplaces and e‑commerce platforms. This position offers meaningful impact and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic, growth‑focused company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Execution of the CRO Roadmap
    • Collaborate with the Merchandising & CRO Lead to implement the conversion rate optimisation strategy across digital platforms.
    • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve user journeys and product discovery through data insights and customer behaviour analysis.
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of initiatives that enhance conversion and engagement.
  • Coordinate A/B Testing and PDP Enhancements
    • Assist in setting up and monitoring A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate content, layout, and merchandising hypotheses.
    • Work closely with the Ecommerce Analyst to interpret test results and implement winning variants.
    • Continuously refine product detail pages (PDPs) to improve clarity, relevance, and conversion performance.
  • Ensure High Standards in Product Presentation and Localisation
    • Maintain consistency in product imagery, descriptions, categorisation, and tagging across all e‑commerce platforms.
    • Uphold creative and brand standards in all merchandising content, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
    • Collaborate with local teams to adapt content for regional markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Content and Creative Teams
    • Ensure timely and accurate product launches, seasonal updates, and promotional campaigns.
    • Provide input on visual merchandising strategies and support the creation of compelling product narratives.
    • Ensure all content is optimised for SEO and aligned with customer search behaviour.
  • Monitor Performance and Optimise Merchandising Tactics
    • Track key merchandising KPIs such as click‑through rates, conversion rates, and bounce rates.
    • Use data to identify underperforming areas and recommend improvements to layout, categorisation, or content.
    • Support the Merchandising & CRO Lead in reporting and presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Product Forecasting & Compliance
    • Forecast product demand to ensure optimal stock levels and availability.
    • Collaborate with sales, supply chain and planning teams to align forecasts with promotional calendars and seasonal trends.
    • Use historical data, market insights, and performance metrics to refine forecasting accuracy.
    • Liaise with QA team to add all relevant compliance information to the Marketplace platforms.

Knowledge Required

  • 2+ years of experience as a Digital Merchandiser, or similar role.
  • Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple requests and keeping track of timelines.
  • Excellent writing and oral expression in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Helium10, Pacvue, Amazon Vendor Central, and Amazon Seller Central.
