Customer Service Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Services Administrator to join our dynamic Operations team. The role is based in Cheadle, Cheshire.

Responsibilities

  • Customer credits.
  • Obtaining POD documents.
  • Prioritising and responding to customer complaints.
  • Escalating complaints internally where necessary.
  • Responsible for switchboard.
  • Handle sample requirements internally for all teams.
  • To assist in the production of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Assisting other departments in general administration duties.

Qualifications

  • 3 years working in an Administration role.
  • Working with database systems.
  • Strong office and Excel skills required.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
