We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our International team based in Cheadle Cheshire. To achieve this, your tasks will be the following:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive international acquisition strategy to enter new markets and grow existing ones with new brands and IP.
  • Drive new customer acquisition through direct sales efforts and by supporting partners in their sales initiatives.
  • Work closely with our agents to take advantage of their local knowledge and presence.

Knowledge and characteristics required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development, sales, or account management role, with a strong focus on international markets.
  • Strong communication skills, customer-oriented focus.
  • Ability to prioritise a broad operational agenda.
  • Pitching skills; we sell by telling stories.
  • Travel internationally for fairs or customers visits.
