We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Services Administrator to join our dynamic Operations team. The role is based in Cheadle, Cheshire.
Responsibilities- Customer credits.
- Obtaining POD documents.
- Prioritising and responding to customer complaints.
- Escalating complaints internally where necessary.
- Responsible for switchboard.
- Handle sample requirements internally for all teams.
- To assist in the production of weekly and monthly reports.
- Assisting other departments in general administration duties.
- 3 years working in an Administration role.
- Working with database systems.
- Strong office and Excel skills required.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Up to two working from home days per week.
- Additional day off for your Birthday.
