We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our scaling architecture practice. The practice is built on the belief that architecture should be business driven and purposeful. You'll be joining a collaborative team, co-creating tools, supporting each other, providing governance, and building a community. This role can be completed in a hybrid way, spending 2 days a week in our Solihull, Dudley, or London offices, or with our UK based clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework for our clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement IT strategies, roadmaps, and architectures that support clients' visions and objectives.
  • Develop and Implement Jumar’s discovery framework to systematically assess the current state of the client's IT estate and prioritisation of initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance clients' enterprise architectures.
  • Ensure the integration of various systems and applications within clients' enterprise architectures.
  • Provide guidance and support to client project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of clients' enterprise architectures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure clients remain competitive.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role within an IT consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, the SLDC, and systems integration.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with cloud computing, data management, and cybersecurity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent senior (CxO level) stakeholder management skills
  • Presales and business development experience.
