We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team on a 12 month FTC, the ideal candidates will have experience in IT procurement contracts, supply chains and frameworks. This role can be completed in a hybrid way attending our Solihull or Dudley offices or fully remotely.

Responsibilities:

  1. Creation of call-off contracts, schedules, statements of work (and similar) for Jumar’s supply chain, ensuring they are aligned to overarching client contractual terms
  2. Experience, and appreciation, of the liabilities and consequences of flowing down obligations from master contracts to individual statements of work
  3. Experience of public sector IT procurement contracts and associated supply chains and Frameworks
  4. Experience of supply chains involved in the delivery of contractors/teams into IT projects in both public and private sectors
  5. Management of internal processes to ensure timely delivery of such documents
  6. Experience of bespoke contracts, frameworks, Master Service Agreements, Professional Service Agreements and other contracting mechanisms of this type
  7. A rounded understanding of IT delivery agreements, terms and conditions – and a detailed appreciation of the impact of flowing down obligations to the supply chain
  8. An understanding of the practical application of IR35 in supply chains
  9. The ability to proactively identify and deliver all required aspects of contractual documentation required as part of a supply chain
  10. Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for the delivery of services to the company
  11. Ability to liaise effectively with the end client where needed to ensure accuracy within the contractual chain
  12. To respond quickly and appropriately to internal stakeholders on practical matters relating to Statements of Work, frameworks and contracts
  13. Ability to produce detailed reports and documents providing clients with an overview of delivery against SOW milestones and financial burndowns

Skills and Experience:

  1. Strong IT and document management skills (particularly Word, Excel and SharePoint)
  2. Excellent inter-personal skills to ensure clarity of message to a range of stakeholder types (both internal and external)
  3. Experience working with Public sector supply chain structure and operation including Frameworks such as Dalas, G Cloud, NMNC
  4. Experience working with Private sector/corporate contracting mechanisms
  5. Knowledge of indemnity, liability, IR35 and data protection in supply chains
  6. An understanding of the role of PSCs and Umbrella companies in supply chains
