Our client, a leading business management services consultancy is currently going through an exciting Digital Transformation journey that will deliver a strategic project of change, and a skilled, UK based Application Support Engineer is required to join them in the new year. The Application Support Engineer is responsible for supporting the Oracle EBS business facing platform. These include the primary business operating system, business client portal, system integrations and the field service platform. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of support for the platform within the Application Management Team through the team's delivery, driving the pace of the team output whilst focusing on business feedback, quality and cost reduction. The Application Support Engineer will be familiar with the ServiceNow platform and the resolution of Incidents and Requests managing to agreed SLAs. As well as coordinating with business colleagues to ensure successful resolution / completion of Incidents and Requests You will also be required to write and create scripts to analyse and update data in the platform to support business data and updates to the platform, in line with business requirements.
