Our client is seeking an experienced Unit4 ERP Developer to support the implementation of the Unit4 ERP system across a range of modules. In this role, you'll design and deliver ERP solutions, lead workshops, analyse business processes, and drive product enhancements. You will also support day-to-day system activities and contribute to major projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Unit4 ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, Payroll, Projects, etc.)
- Lead solution design workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Recommend and support business process improvements
- Ensure quality assurance of test systems and deliverables
- Manage RBAC security, reporting, workflows, and API integrations
- Provide ongoing support and lead consultant oversight where required
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Unit4 ERP with at least 2 full-cycle implementations
- Strong financial systems and accounting background
- Bachelor's/Master's in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Excellent skills in business analysis, communication, and leadership
- Ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all levels
