We are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer for a large client of ours based in Northampton. You will be working in the 1st Line team and will be responsible for resolving tickets, ideally at first resolution. You will be a point of contact for the main Service Desk Team supporting the workshop, Field, 2nd line & 3rd line teams during day-to-day operation.

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in an IT helpdesk support role
  • Knowledge and experience of various IT systems
  • Experience with Microsoft systems/applications (Windows 10, MS Office, O365, Windows Server etc)
  • Experience in setting up and supporting mobile devices
  • Experience of working with Azure
  • Previous experience working within IT Service environments

Please note, this role will be on-site working in Northampton and due to the client location, the ability to drive will be essential.
